Work with me

How we can work together

Most of my work is one to one coaching with women with ADHD. I also work with teams and organisations.

One to one coaching

My Approach

My ultimate aim is to support you to not need me. You'll leave with tools you can use again and again, independently of coaching.

I also work with women who are AuDHD (ADHD and autistic), and I've coached many.

My practice combines over twenty years of adult learning and inclusive education leadership with Gold Mind Academy training, accredited at ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 1, and is aligned with the frameworks of PAAC, the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches.

We draw on evidence-based ADHD coaching models and reflective prompts that support you to explore your experiences with curiosity, reframe and re-author your story, and deepen your understanding:

Coaching creates a safe, psychologically sound space to slow down and shift out of survival mode, so you can get curious, identify your needs and strengths, and develop your voice and choice:

Understanding your Spiky Profile

Stop trying to flatten yourself into a neurotypical average, and start building around your unique cognitive strengths and energy patterns.

Reconnecting with your True Self

Peel back the layers of the 'Adapted Self' built during years of masking, and discover what actually brings you alive.

Designing your Environment

Shift from treating executive dysfunction as a personal failure to tuning your state, tasks, and environment to support your mind and body.

How we get started

Weekly or fortnightly, your choice. A block takes about 6 to 12 weeks, plus your review.

Once your first block is complete, top up sessions are there whenever you need space to re-ground.

Practice Boundary: If I don't feel I am the right coach for you or if another specialist would better serve your needs, I will tell you honestly and provide trusted peer referrals if appropriate.

Clear pricing, up front

Uncertainty is hard when you have ADHD, so I'd rather you know exactly where you stand before we talk. My aim isn't to sell you more sessions than you need. You're investing in a process, with tools you keep, and you choose at each review point whether to carry on.

£900 per block

6 coaching sessions (one 75 minute, five 50 minute) 30 minute review Goal setting Digital toolkit, built on reflective practice

Why 50 minutes? It's the sweet spot for concentration, giving a full coaching conversation its natural arc, long enough to get real value without tiring you out.

Good to know

What will you ask of me?

Coaching is about making progress, so come ready to try things. Between sessions you'll put small actions into practice and reflect on how they went. I'll be alongside you all the way, and we'll go at a pace that works for your brain.

How much time is it?

About 6 hours of coaching across your block: one 75 minute session, five 50 minute sessions and a 30 minute review.

How often do we meet?

Weekly or fortnightly, whichever suits you.

How do we start?

Fill in a short intake form. I'll read it and send you a link to book a free 20 minute discovery call at a time that suits you. Afterwards we both take 48 hours to think it over. If you'd like to go ahead, you pay, I send your contract, and then you get a link to choose your session times. If the times on offer don't suit you, tell me on the discovery call; finding a rhythm that works is part of the fit.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. I work with people who identify as ADHD, whether you have a diagnosis or you've self identified after reading and research that made things click. I don't diagnose, and the discovery call is a good place to talk that through.

How does ADHD come into the coaching?

Everything I do is informed by ADHD. In our first session I'll walk you through the models I use, which explain some of how ADHD works. From there, you bring what matters to you, and we explore your experiences through that lens, with my perspective and observations offered when they're useful. It's coaching, not a course, so the focus stays on you and your goals.

What does a session look like?

It's active, not passive, and it has a shape. You bring a topic, we explore it, connect it to what matters to you, and finish with a next step you choose. That's the ICF coaching arc.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching looks forward and works with what you want to change. If we start stepping into therapy territory, I'll pause and say so, and point you to trusted support if that would help. I work to the ICF Code of Ethics.

Where do sessions happen?

Online.

What does it cost?

£900 per block, with goal setting, the review session and your digital toolkit included.

Can I continue after my block?

Yes. At your review you choose whether to book another block, and top up sessions are available too.

Funding through Access to Work

If you're in paid work or self-employed in England, Scotland or Wales, you may be able to get your coaching funded through the government's Access to Work scheme. You apply yourself, and an assessor decides what support fits your job. I can send you a quote for your application, and our sessions start once your award letter arrives. Waiting times are long at the moment, so it's worth applying early.

Are you ready? Then come and work with me.
