ADHD-Informed Coach & Founder, The Joy Principle

The Search & Understanding "Why"

I was searching for answers for years. The shift in public awareness around ADHD, alongside navigating my way through perimenopause, led me to an ADHD diagnosis at 48. For me, it was the missing piece of the puzzle.

ADHD was the lens that finally captured and explained why I experienced life as I did and it was finally something concrete I could research into and work with.

Where the Work Ended and I Began

For over twenty years, I built my career across adult learning and higher education as an educator, mentor, and leader, developing courses grounded in inclusion, reflection, and transformative learning.

But in navigating ever-increasingly complex and high-demand work environments that were not originally designed for neurodiversity, downtime became purely about recovery, and my joie de vivre was slipping away.

The Turning Point

Seeking support through ADHD coaching was game changing. It allowed me to stop just accepting survival as the baseline and opened up new possibilities for how to approach the next stage of my life.

I caught sight of my true self again.
There she is.

My Mission

I am adamant that life with ADHD can be different and a greater amount of ease and peace achieved, and I want to support as many people as I can. Now I'm bringing everything together: over twenty years of helping adults learn and grow, my own journey with ADHD, and my coaching training. For me, coaching is one of the most powerful forms of transformation. I won't pretend the challenges, friction, or anxious thoughts will all magically disappear, or it won't take work, but I know from my own journey that the constant negativity and anxiety don't have to dominate your life. Getting curious and seeking support with an ADHD coach can be the turning point.

Are you ready? Then come and work with me.
